Health Colorado Inc. (HCI) Fall 2022 Community Reinvestment Program

HCI is accepting proposals for the Fall 2022 Community Reinvestment Program through August 19, 2022.

Developed in line with our commitment to supporting and reinvesting funds in community programs, the HCI Community Reinvestment Program supports community-oriented, and innovative projects that improve the overall health, wellness, and experience of Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) members across the region. The Community Reinvestment Program is funded using incentive payments HCI earned for achieving Behavioral Health Incentive Program (BHIP), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the Performance Pool set by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF).
